Daniel Rollins

Principal Osteopath, International Schroth Scoliosis Therapist (ISST), Specialist in Functional Rehabilitation (AFS), DNS Practitioner, Clinic Director

Daniel’s career in fitness and health care began in 1998. Initially qualifying as a personal trainer, sports massage therapist and Pilates instructor his quest for the ability to further help his clients led him to Osteopathy. Since graduating from the London School of Osteopathy in 2007 he has built a diverse and loyal client base in both his London and Cambridge practices.

Daniel has extensive post-graduate qualifications in rehabilitation and functional training methods. This enables him to help patients optimise their performance be it in normal daily living tasks or high level sporting activities. He also has a special interest in the use of visceral manipulation as part of his holistic approach to osteopathic healthcare and has been furthering his visceral training with the Barral Institute since 2012.

Daniel is registered with the General Osteopathic Council, a member of the Institute of Osteopathy and a fellow of Applied Functional Science with the Gray Institute, USA. He is a specialist in Schroth Scoliosis therapy International Schroth 3-Dimensional Scoliosis Therapist (ISST) a Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization Certified Practitioner with the Prague School of Rehabilitation and a member of the British Medical Acupuncture Society. Bethia Hope-Rollins

Principal Pilates Teacher, Polestar® Pilates Mentor & Educator, Pre & Postnatal Specialist, Hypopressive and DNS Exercise Instructor, Clinic Director

Bethia began teaching Pilates in 2001, returning to a love of movement she had as a child. Bethia has trained comprehensively with several Pilates schools and is qualified to teach Matwork, Equipment and Pre & Postnatal Pilates. As a mentor to teachers in training and an Educator for Polestar Pilates, she has a deep understanding of the Pilates methodology and how to facilitate movement.

Bethia has qualified in other techniques, alongside Pilates, in order to broaden her skillset to assist clients on an individual basis; she is a certified Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS) Exercise Instructor, a Hypopressive Level 1 trainer and most recently studied the MovingFascia Embodied Anatomy Diploma in order to better understand fascial anatomy and how to access mobility there towards supporting whole body health.

Having taught a diverse client base of all ages, abilities and various pathologies during her 20+ year career, she brings a wealth of experience to her teaching. She is passionate about helping people to realise their movement potential in order to live dynamic and fulfilling lives.

Rachel Buckley

Pilates Teacher, Polestar® Pilates

Rachel is a Polestar Pilates certified Reformer and Mat Pilates Instructor and has been teaching since 2016. Rachel went on to gain her qualifications to teach on the Trapeze Table, the Chair and the Ladder Barrel, making her a comprehensively trained studio Pilates teacher.

Rachel enjoys working with a wide range of clients and helping them to meet their objectives - whether it is to build strength and improve mobility, or to manage aches and pains and maintain fitness - while having an hour out of their busy lives.

Over the last few years Rachel has developed her skills in post rehabilitation Pilates, working with clients who are post surgery or recovering from injury. She also has an interest in working with hypermobile clients, which has developed from her own experience of being hypermobile and the challenges this entails.

Rachel is committed to deepening her understanding of movement and regularly attends workshops and training sessions.

Lisa Stredwick

Pilates Teacher, Polestar® Pilates Mentor & Educator

Lisa's career in fitness began in 1992 within Exercise to Music. She was a popular and progressive teacher working in an array of London health clubs for many years.  In 2001 she augmented her skills, qualifying as a Personal Trainer, and then wanting to understand more, her knowledge and love of movement drove her towards Pilates. She first qualified in teaching Pilates in 2002 but Lisa went on to deepen her understanding of the Pilates methodology further by qualifying in Mat, Comprehensive and Group Reformer Pilates with Polestar Pilates UK.  

In 2011 Lisa was invited to share her experience and skills and so become an educator and mentor for Polestar Pilates UK in 2011. She has been supporting teachers in training alongside her own client base ever since and her passion for teaching movement has never wavered in 30 years. She feels blessed that her work is her true love.

Emilia Libertini

Pilates Teacher

Emilia began her Pilates journey in the United States, maintaining an active lifestyle as a member of a large Pilates studio.

Her love for the practice led to her switching careers and pursuing teaching Pilates full-time. She completed the rigorous 500-hour teaching certification program through her club, which comprehensively covered all Pilates equipment plus anatomy and training in special populations.

Once fully certified as an instructor, Emilia began her teaching career across multiple studios with a diverse clientele with various fitness levels, ages, and individual needs. Since relocating to the UK, she has continued to build her practice, offering a range of classes in Cambridgeshire and London. Emilia also loves to work with clients who practice different sports, using the benefits of Pilates to improve their performance, and she is interested in supporting Women's Health through movement.

Emilia is deeply passionate about Pilates and building relationships with her clients to share her knowledge of the holistic benefits of the practice. Sessions are designed to improve their well-being through learning about their bodies, movement, breath and working together to improve their lifestyle.

JOSHUA TOON

Osteopath, Sports Massage

Josh graduated from the University College of Osteopathy with a Master of Osteopathy degree; he is also a trained Sports Massage Therapist and is used to working with people of all ages, lifestyles and backgrounds.

Josh has a special interest in rehabilitation, biomechanics and movement science offering people the capacity to help themselves both in and out of the treatment room.

About his approach to treatment, Josh says:

“I believe Osteopathy is a distinct treatment like no other; I love what I do and nothing satisfies me more than helping someone.”

“My intent is to help patients through structural hands on techniques, as well as exercise and lifestyle advise in order to facilitate the body to attain a state of structural health, and in turn, enable the improvement of its function.”
