Unit One — Consulting & Manual Therapy Room & Pilates Studio

Our first unit comprises:

Manual Therapy Consulting Room

A generous, fully equipped consulting space featuring:

  • Hydraulic treatment couch

  • NOHrD WallBars

  • Pilates Springboard

  • Wunda Chair

  • Desk and patient seating

  • Air filtration system

  • Integrated sink

This room is ideal for Osteopaths, Massage Therapists, Acupuncturists and other manual therapy practitioners, as well as Functional Medicine, Naturopathic and Nutritional practitioners seeking a comfortable, professional clinical setting.

Pilates Studio – Open Floor Space

Adjoining the consulting room is a spacious, fully equipped Pilates studio suitable for 1:1 and 1:2 sessions. The equipment includes:

  • Pilates Reformer

  • Cadillac / Trapeze Table

  • Combo Chair

  • Ladder Barrel

  • NOHrD SlimBeam cable machine

  • A wide range of high-quality props including a Spine Corrector, Oov, SpineFitter, gym ball, and more.

The space is bright, modern, and thoughtfully designed to support movement re-education, rehabilitation, and high-level Pilates practice.

Unit Two — Consulting & Rehabilitation Room (New for 2025)

Our second consulting room, added in 2025, offers everything a manual therapist or movement specialist needs to practise with efficiency and comfort. Designed as a multi-purpose clinical and rehabilitative space, it includes:

  • Hydraulic treatment couch

  • Consulting seating and desk

  • Personal exercise floor area with NOHrD WallBars and a 1-metre-wide mat

  • A selection of small props to support rehabilitative exercise

  • Kitchenette and toilet facilities

This room is ideal for practitioners who require both hands-on treatment space and an area for corrective exercise or movement work.
